Re: Making 'Connect to Other Network...' inactive

The "Connect to Other Network" interface is useful for APs that
don't broadcast at all.  So it is useful to be able to use it even
when the scanlist is empty (because a non-broadcasting AP wont
be in the scanlist).

I think the real issue here is to make sure NM doesn't hang if
you present it with bogus information.
