I did try to get a newer NetworkManager included for RHEL4 U1, but there
weren't enough resources to properly QA the package as there were a
large number of other more important updates (like kernel, security
updates, openoffice.org, etc).  Anyway...

You can pull from CVS with this command:

cvs -z3 co -rSTABLE_0_3 NetworkManager

which should get you the latest 0.3.x sources with which to play with.
