Hmmh.  I think this one is too hard to as a first task to understand the
code base.

Basically, the goal of that task would be to add a new preference to the
preference panel, to let the user set the delay after which, if you
hover over a variable, a tooltip window appears with the content of the
variable.

If you are interested in that bug, we can start discussing about where
to find the code that handles that today.
