[Nemiver-list] moving nemiver and libgtksourceviewmm into GNOME svn

Hello,

I would like to move nemiver and libgtksourceviewmm from gna.org
repository to GNOME svn. Now that GNOME has an svn repository, there is
nothing preventing us to do so.

Therefore I would like to propose that we stop
committing into these repositories until my request to the gnome
sysadmins gets fulfilled.
