Maintainers in DOAP file

Hello,

Dave Camp is listed in the DOAP file. However, he asked a while ago for
his Git account to be disabled. As I made Mango check if the account
actually has access to Git, this causes an error to be reported.

I'd rather not decide myself to remove him myself from the doap file.

Could the doap file be updated (removing, commenting out, whatever)?
