list view "unfolded item" bugs

Again in the context of Nautilus becoming more a power-user's tool, here
are a few bugs which impact a frequent keyboard user in list view
(especially when using folders which are "unfolded" and displaying
children contents).

directory is not created in the folder it's meant to

create within that folder
