Nautilus Filemanager Filename-Column-length

Hello,
how can I setup the Nautilus-File-Manager in that way that it(the
filemanager) doesn't takes the length of the longest filename in a
folder as the reference for the column-width ?

Just the "Name"-Column is on the desktop, the rest of columns like Size,
extension are not vissibile.
By the way, I can adjust this problem just for one session, after the
Nautilus-restart the previous values will be restored.


My system is Debian Linux Etch Gnome
