No, we can't. You need to obtain a backtrace for the crash before we
can do anything about it. Once you get a backtrace, head over to
bugzilla.gnome.org and report the bug there with the backtrace and
we'll get to fixing it. You can follow the instructions here for
getting a backtrace: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace (these
instructions should work on most Linux distributions).
