Agreed, it does. The right margin is very tight, especially with labels
beside icons -- there is no right margin at all. But this is the actual
behavior of Nautilus per se, even without the patch; it's just not
apparent. Left-justified icons almost always leave some free space in
each row, while full justification (as per the patch) reveals the lack
of margin.
