[PATCH] fix file size limits for PDF and other non-video files

Nautilus allows file-size limits to be applied when generating 
thumbnails. These are currently only applied to 13 image/* types.

The limit is not applied to PDF files or raw camera files, which is vexing.

I think the intent is to apply the limit to everything except video 
files, which are so large that "normal" limits should not apply.
