noexec on CD Mount

Good morning,

Running Fedora Core 5 with a kernel and life is good except
that when I double click on a CD in Gnome, Nautilus mounts it with a
noexec option. If I mount the disk my hand everything is fine.

Where can I change this at?

Also, if I put an entry like

/dev/hdc	/media	auto	defaults	0 0

In my /etc/fstab file then Nautilus says no permissions to mount, even
for root. Is this correct???
