Change descriptions of nautilus related items in Places menu on panel

As per main menu review, see http://live.gnome.org/UsabilityTeam/Menu
there are some suggested changes for descriptions in Nautilus related
launchers.

OK to change it on HEAD?

Proposed descriptions:
Home Folder	  Open your personal folder 
Desktop 	  Open the contents of your desktop in a folder 
Computer	  Browse all local and remote disks and folders
		  accessible from this computer 
Network		  Browse bookmarked and local network locations 
Connect to Server Connect to a remote computer or shared disk 

PS of course the same descriptions and review could be applied to items
in Nautilus window Places menu.
