hard code freeze

Starting today we're in a hard code freeze, where every change needs to
be approved by the release team. Since I've been away a while I commited
a couple of outstanding patches today that looked very safe, however
from now on we're frozen.

If you're interested in working on nautilus, please try to look into
crasher bugs and other serious problems in bugzilla instead of working
on (possibly more fun) stuff that can go into 2.13.
