[PATCH] Let the user unmount from the tree-view

Hello,

I sent a patch to bugzilla, and Alex advised me on IRC to ask here for
the review. 

This patch lets one unmount volumes from the left part of browser
windows, the tree view. I miss this feature a lot and always ended up
right-clicking there only to remember there was no Unmount menu item,
here, so finally coded it.

The most of the differences is in the tree view, with a hunk in the tree
model to be able to set the NautilusFile's volume (in
fm_tree_model_add_root_uri). 
Also, there's a hunk in nautilus-directory-async.c to avoid emptying
file->details->volume when the file previously had a volume.
