Praps it needs to resort to an ellipsis if it wraps to 10 lines or so... :-)

Seriously, it looks bad when you have a stupidly long filename. Another 
thing you could do is use less 'nice' wrapping when the filename is 
extremely long (instead of trying to break on spaces and hyphens).
