Obviously this dialog is just me typing something down in order to make
the API freeze. I'd really like someone to come up with a set of better
terminology and rules for the user interface. Something that we then can
use throughout the user interface when handling keyrings etc.

Its pretty important that the terminology is exact though. Just some
vague "remember in future" doesn't cut it, because due to the security
issues involved you have to be able to understand the lifetime and exact
meaning of where your passwords are stored. Furthermore, once we get a
keyring management UI, the options of the keyring (such as lock-on-idle
etc) will affect the password, so you better know its on the keyring to
understand whats happening.
