There are extremely some brief ones, but not yet as informative as they
ought to be.  The section on dialogs still needs a lot of work before
it's much use to anyone :/

Sounds about right, although I probably wouldn't have put the question
mark in there.  The title should ideally just be the same as the menu
item that opened it (modulo any ellipses).
