[Fwd: [Bug 83331] Changed - [Solaris] Hardware view crashes]



Hi Alex,

	Hardware view - who was supposed to be saving this from being axed ?
why is it still causing problem on other platforms ?

	Can we get rid of it - or add some anal 'linux only' check to
configure.in to close the bug ? I'll hack up a linux detection thing I
think.

 A similar unconfirmed bug for hardware view crash exists as bug #61925. 
 But this bug is on Solaris and also for a very recent version of nautilus. 
 Moreover the stack traces are different.
