To change the font which nautilus uses for the desktop go to
preferences/Edit Preferences/View Preferences
	Icon View Defaults:
	change the font there and that's it, oh btw this is a global font
setting for icon view.  I Wished there was a local setting also ie a way
to set font per folder/location :-(
