Using 1.0.4 still?

  vi ~/Nautilus/scripts/Send\ to\ Palm

(then you put in the line that tigert mentioned, or use gpilot)

  chmod +x ~/Nautilus/scripts/Send\ to\ Palm

(then you can change the icon of this file in nautilus, to make it schexier)

Now, right click on a .prc file and choose Scripts > Send to Palm

Yay! :)
