You can get rpms for nautilus 1.0.3 from several places. You can
usehttp://download.gnome.org/ for example. You'll find rpms for
nautilus and its dependencies in the GNOME/stable/redhat/i386/
directory.
Also, I know that both Red Hat rawhide and Mandrake cooker have it.
