But certainly "system-settings:" is better than "sysconfig:", although URI
schemes can't have punctuation in them, so I think "system-settings:" is
out of the question.

Hyphens are allowed in URI scheme names.

Ah, then let me suggest "start-here:" instead of "start:" or "starthere:" -- sorry, I didn't know.
