Umm, what?? You make it respect your fonts by toggling "smooth graphics"???? 
Might I (respectfully) suggest changing that before the 1.0 release?  Maybe
changing the label to "Use GTK Font" would be more helpful :-) Or, if "smooth
graphics" does more than toggle fonts, take that out and make it a seperate
checkbox.
