Yup.
Typically, an 'invalid' bug is one that is so bogus that it's obviously
not worth anyone's time to pursue.
For anyone easily amused, here are a few extreme examples from the last project
I worked on:
"fun with bisexual males in central california" (Bugzilla != dating service)
"Need Lead Browser Engineer for Start-UP" (Bugzilla != job recruiting service)
"Netscape = worst crap?" (Mozilla != Netscape)
"Mozilla tester burned out, needs to be swapped out for replacement" (okay, so
I resolved my resignation-bug as 'Resolved' rather than 'Invalid'...what would
they do, fire me? ;)
Best,
Eli
