There are CVS programs for windows (normal console CVS and WinCVS (a 
graphical thing).

Unfortunately - if you /do/ check out that way you will encounter 
difficulties with CR/LF -> CR conversion stuff.

All the scripts/macros will be foobar'd and won't run correctly
