It would be interesting to know what caused it! :) As I said before, I 
was deleting the database(s) in order to refresh alot of changes in the 
tags and information, so I don't think that would cause the problem,

However, I have been having alot of problems with ALSA and GStreamer 
working (turned out to be a LDFLAGS or CFLAGS problem in the compilation 
which prevented certain symbols within the plug ins from working 
properly), so I have been doing alot of re-installing of GStreamer, it's 
plug ins and the libraries.

That's the only thing I can think of that would cause the problem.
