[Muine] NEW PRERELEASE: 0.8.3pre2

New since pre1:
- Split out tray icon to a plugin (included in package; not installed by default)
  -> We need a good applet, not a tray icon. The tray area is for notifications; 
     see HIG.
- Opening playlists and importing folders works again
- Some other minor fixage
- Updated Spanish translation

The Ogg file length == 0 problem:
 I cannot reproduce this. Could somebody who can please look into this? 
 A good starting point is the call to ov_time_total() in libmuine/metadata.c.
