[Muine] muine fails to start

Since upgrading to mono 1.1.6 i get the following error when attempting
to start muine:
keir debian:~$ muine
Unhandled Exception: DBus.DBusException: No reply within specified time
in <0x0011f> DBus.Message:SendWithReplyAndBlock ()
in <0x000b4> Muine.DBusLib.Player.Proxy:SetWindowVisible (Boolean
visible)
in <0x0011d> Muine.Global:Main (System.String[] args)
what is the problem?
