[Muine] [PATCH] fix inotify and use entagged-sharp

Hey,

Really I should have split this patch up, but I am lazy.  It fixes the
inotify support and makes muine use entagged-sharp for metadata.  Now, I
know there will probably be widespread pandemonium over a switch to
entagged-sharp, but give it a try first.  It really does work pretty
well, at least on my collection.  The biggest drawback to it that I can
see currently is that there is no 'performers' info, and it doesn't
support multiple artists.  Patch is too big for the list, so:
