[Muine] replaygain info needed

hi,

i am planning to user replaygain. i have mp3 and ogg files.

in ogg: is it supported?
i use vorbisgain to generate the info/tag(s):
what setting will rhythmbox use: the track gain or the album gain?


in mp3: is it supported?
what tag? rva2?
what software should i use to generate the info/tag(s)?

and both (xine, gstreamer) backends support this?

p.s: generally imho it would be good idea to add to the faq a little
info about these things
