2.28 module proposals (was: Re: SFO call for action - aka questionnaire)

On that note, there have been one tenuous call for module additions in
the past few months in discussion threads on this list.

Many people say that the graph is out of date - so here's your chance to
propose modules for addition in 2.28. The module proposals period is
already closed for GNOME desktop, but compelling additions for the
mobile platform will be considered before 2.28 (right Ross???)
