thats what the above sentence was suppoed to say :) 

note that mobile doesnt necessarily mean netbook (this is wy we didnt
call it netbook :) ) my current focus is on touchscreen driven UMPCs ...

indeed the plan is to get everything upstream, though what i hear up to
now is that the plan upstream is to actually make the *app* work on 600
vertical pixels, thats not enough, app developers often dont take into
account that i.e. on a touchscreen driven device you likely use a panel
with 48px height to make the applets usable with a fingertip which would
mean the app has still to work on 552px, not on 600px 

on a sidenote i just finished the inclusion of the ubuntu-mobile flavour
in the official build system, daily images will from now on be available
on http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-mobile/intrepid/current/
