Hi Andrea,

I know Rania very well as personal or as institution (he work at my
office). He involved in few local opensource projects/activity. Mainly as
designer and translator. He also help alot at GNOME Asia Summit 2018 and
also attend it.

I think it's good if he can join GNOME Foundation Member.
