Sebastien has been a very active contributor to gedit over the last months,
he contributed many substantial patches during the 3.12 cycle. He is
regularly on IRC and he often answer questions and reviews other people
contributions.
I am also pretty sure that he contributed patches to other gnome modules,
including gnome-shell

Thanks to his contributions he has already gained access as a committer to
git.gnome.org

I think he should be a member of the Foundation.
