RT's CC checkbox does not seem to work right

Hi :)

I think the box to select people to CC on outgoing emails
does not work properly. Entering the address manually via the text
field works. But clicking the checkbox does not.

I've done experiments in https://rt.gnome.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=14151
and one can see that it does not add the RT-Send-CC header for emails
which were sent using the CC-checkbox.

Andrea, can you have a look?


This might also affect the tickets which have not seen any reply as
the applicant has not received any email.
