Hi,

Yes, I recommended Nicolas to present his application to become a member of
the Foundation. He is a really good translator, and has learned really
quicly the procedures for reserving, translatin and uploading translations.

Also, he helps me to identify bugs and typos in original strings, and I
trust he will be a long-term member of the GNOME Project.
