Advocating Nirbheek Chauhan

In reference to
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/membership-committee/2012-January/msg00090.html and having been asked to 
e-mail here,
I can say that Nirbheek has been instrumental in keeping GNOME up to
date in the Gentoo distribution; being one of the main people on the
team that have worked on GNOME-3 packaging a lot, helping it bring to
~arch (testing) gentoo. He continues to work on 3.3 packaging in our
gnome overlay (similar to an official team PPA conceptually for
development cycle packaging).
