Christian is an active member of the GNOME community; he's worked on
various GNOME projects, like gtk+ and glib, as well as interesting
GNOME-y libraries like a concurrent job scheduling library called
Iris, and applications, like his latest prototype IDE for GNOME called
"Builder".
