We can't make distinctions between contributors and members, many other
people forgot to renew their membership in time and end up in being unable
to vote for the current elections.

Apart from that looking at our database I see that you last renewed on
Mon, 27 Oct 2008,
which means you lost your membership more than an year ago,
(Foundation membership
duration is actually set to two years) which makes renewing impossible
at this time.
