Strong +1 from me.

Berto is a bright guy who has been around a while.  He's one of the main
people in Igalia (in so far as that company can have leaders).  As
noted, he was also extremely helpful in organising the GTK hackfest last
year.  He also has great taste in music. :)

I was quite surprised to find out that he wasn't already a foundation
member, in fact.
