Hi Membership Committee,

I know Mostafa only briefly.  Mostly know him as a self-claimed Fedora Persian
translator.  I have not seen any of his contributions, and more specifically I
have not seen any contributions from him to GNOME.  So, while he's a
passionate Linux/Fedora evangelist, I'm hesitant to vouch for him in the GNOME
Foundation context.
