I'm not familiar with Ray's other work--I only know him from his work
with the Sysadmin team. I can tell you he tries very hard and shows a
real interest in getting his assigned tasks finished. He's been very
approachable and open to feedback. He asks for help as needed and I
think has been a good addition to the Sysadmin team. I give my +1 to
approving Ray's membership, as he shows real commitment and passion
toward improving and contributing to GNOME.
