I think just Vincent should have the relevant privileges on foundation-announce.
Anyway, mango automatically subscribe old members requesting a renewal, and we
had quite a big number of renewals in these two months. (but of course
we didnt cover
all the GNOME Foundation members into our DB)

yes, it would be great if you could set up a list of the current
members in our membership
database and then ask Vincent to add you or any other
membership-committee member on the f-a
list as admin. (that will enable us to send out invitations or
subscriptions to the list)
