Checking whether all members are subscribed to foundation-announce

Hey folks,

does anybody of us have elevated privileges on foundation-announce to
either subscribe or at least invite current foundation members?

At least I was not subscribed to f-a and I think the same might be the
case with other members, too. We should at least send mailman invitation
mails to every member in our database.

I could compile a list of email addresses of the current members.
