Re: [gnome.org #10969] GNOME Membership Application of Zhang Sen

Hi,

Zhang was one of my students for the last gsoc. He implemented a
multiplayer mode for sudoku in gnome-games. He has also contributed a
lot of patches for sudoku prior to the gsoc and helped out with
gnome-games in general. I know that he has also been active in other
parts of GNOME but I do not know the details of that work.

I have been very pleased with his contribution to gnome-games and
would vouch for him based on that work alone.

Dear Emily, Og and Thomas,

the GNOME Membership Committee is about to process Zhang Sen's
application to become a GNOME Foundation Member and therefore we would
like to receive some feedback about him and his GNOME-related work.
(past and present contributions are usually fine)

Please remember that vouching for a contributor means you really think
he deserves to be a Foundation Member and that you trust him and his
work for the global GNOME community. If unsure about vouching or not,
please let us know why you don't feel enough comfortable in advocating
this applicant.

At your service,

The GNOME Foundation Membership Committee
