Jeff is doing a great work inside the sysadmin team, apart from installing CiveCRM he also manages mailing lists request, he gets the things I forward him from the accounts team to be done with sudo rights and he fix everything up in 1-2 hours. He is alwais available to help and answers any question someone might ask publicly on the #sysadmin IRC channel.
