Hello,

I know Hiroyuki Ikezoe for a few years. He was contributing for
Evolution(and Friends) and he wrote many patches which I have
personally reviewed. He has a gnome cvs/svn/git account (iirc I
recommended him for that too). I vouch for him to be a GNOME
foundation member.
