Luca has made a large number of contributions to the High Contrast SVG  
icon theme, which is part of the core gnome-themes module and will  
eventually replace the current High Contrast icon theme.  He has also  
fixed various other gnome-themes bugs over the past couple of years.   
I support his application to become a foundation member.
