Renewing

Hello, membership peoples,

I was in the Gnome Foundation, I seem to have lapsed (substantially),
and now I would like my membership back.

On http://foundation.gnome.org/membership/index.html 

        "Renewal applications and applications from previous 
        members who did not renew are automatically accepted"

I am happy to fill in all the little sections on the page at
http://foundation.gnome.org/membership/application.php
but do you actually need all that, or does the above mean you just 
need me to tick the "previous member" tickbox?
