Telepathy framework; Empathy.

Detailed description:
Various enhancements to Empathy, both fixing UI limitations and adding features, mostly over the last year. 
Telepathy framework developer: for the last year mainly working on the XMPP component (Gabble) and the 
telepathy-glib service- and client-side library; original author and maintainer of telepathy-haze, which 
exposes libpurple's protocols to Telepathy, since Summer of Code 2007.
